2，nat 可以按剩余价值进行退费，余额，支付宝。 下次购买机器打8折

3，nat 需要置换 退费 全部发工单进行处理 因工作量较大，所以预计需要一周时间完成，

4，12月13号上午nat 停机 ，时间点从13号零点开始计算退费时间

5，清退工单从17号零时开始处理

置换和退费的选项都给得挺清楚，活动机也能平换这点还行。不过所有操作都要发工单，还要等一周，感觉工单系统要排长队了。

按剩余价值退费，再给个下次八折券，你们觉得这补偿力度够吗？

hey guys, just saw the announcement from ACCK about their HK nat cleanup.

options are pretty clear: either swap your nat to any other region/node at same price (even promo/annual plans), plus they add a month. or get a refund based on remaining value to balance/alipay, plus 20% off next purchase.

gotta open a ticket for either swap or refund. they say it’ll take about a week to sort through them all.

nat services go down on dec 13th morning, refunds calculated from 13th 00:00. they start processing tickets from 17th 00:00.

anyone thinking of swapping or just taking the refund?

退费按剩余价值+八折券，对白嫖党可能还行，付费用户可能觉得亏。
建议急着用的先发工单排队，不着急的可以等等看后续有没有加码补偿。

hey, thanks for the summary. so if i swap to another region, do i keep my current plan’s expiry date and just get +1 month added on top? and is the 20% off a coupon code they give you after the refund?

opened a ticket for swap already. my hk nat was on a promo, they let me pick sg node at same price. extra month is nice.

refund with 20% off next buy is decent too if you don’t need the service. but i’d rather keep something running.

just make sure you ticket before dec 13. heard their support can be slow when busy.

yeah saw that. their options are decent tbh. if you got a promo price, swapping to another region and keeping the rate + extra month is a solid deal. i’d probably swap to jp or sg if they have stock.

refund with 20% off next buy is okay if you don’t need the service now. but opening a ticket is gonna be slow, they said a week to process. just do it early.

my nat’s on a cheap annual, gonna try swap to us node. hope their routing is okay. anyone tried their other regions?

yeah that’s pretty much it. they laid out the options clear enough.

my nat’s just for testing, so i’ll probably swap to tokyo or sg. not worth the hassle for a refund on a $3 vps. already backed up the few configs i had.

if you paid yearly or got a good discount, swapping keeps that price, which is decent. the extra month is a nice touch.

gonna open my ticket later today. expect a wait, they’re gonna be swamped.
